Job Description

- Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of sophisticated dashboards and scorecards.
- Conduct thorough data analyses to extract actionable insights.
- Collaborate with management to define business questions and data requirements.
- Support more complex data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Identify and interpret significant trends and patterns in large datasets.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and optimization of BI tools and reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis to uncover deeper data insights.
- Document and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Mentor junior team members in data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, governance, and compliance standards.
- Skills:
- Complex Data Analysis: Proficiency in conducting deeper and meaningful analyses.
- Advanced Visualization: Expertise in creating insightful visual data representations.
- ETL Processes: Skills in managing data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Collaborative Requirement Gathering: Ability to define business requirements with management.
- Trend Analysis: Proficiency in identifying and interpreting data trends.
- Optimization: Skills in enhancing the efficiency of BI tools and reports.
- Mentorship: Ability to guide and support junior colleagues.
- Data Compliance: Strong understanding of data governance and privacy regulations.
- Level criteria P3 (for internal use only):
- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in primary job family and basic knowledge of related job families
- Has knowledge of best practices and is aware of the competition and market differentiators
- Solves complex problems; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
