We at Coforge are hiring for Java Backend Dev role with following skill sets:

Competencies:

- Implement and document new software components.
- Understand how code fits into broader technical and/or business context.
- Actively participate in code and technical design reviews.
- Work with Product to understand requirements and contribute to release planning.
- Ensure high testability and quality of delivered software.
- Work with QA and Operations teams to troubleshoot and fix defects in software.
- Participate in building Scrum process and agile culture within the company.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Springboot, RESTful APIs, Microservice design, and how to design service to service interactions.
- You have strong database skills (SQL, MySQL, ORACLE)
- Extensively worked in your previous project as a backend dev/lead, with deep understandings of architecture, overall business run for the project
- Understanding of cloud services (AWS preferred) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) is a Plus
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on best practices and perform code reviews.
- Solving problems is your passion.
- You possess superb communication skills.
- Self-motivated teammate who excels in a reciprocal environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field of study.
