Job Description

Hello All,

We are seeking a skilled Android & Hybrid Mobile Developer with expertise in native Android development (Java/Kotlin) and hybrid frameworks such as Ionic with Angular. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in background services, hybrid-native communication, and custom plugin development to deliver robust and scalable mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Java/Kotlin.
- Implement and debug background services and handle Android system-level constraints for long-running tasks.
- Build, maintain, and optimize applications using Ionic with Angular for hybrid development.
- Develop and maintain custom Cordova/Capacitor plugins for bridging native and hybrid functionalities.
- Implement native Android web bridge solutions to integrate JavaScript with native layers.
- Ensure app performance, stability, and responsiveness through effective debugging and profiling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Follow Android OS best practices, security standards, and app lifecycle management.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain code quality.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in native Android development (Java/Kotlin).
- Hands-on experience with Android background processing and services.
- Proficiency with Ionic + Angular hybrid frameworks.
- Expertise in Cordova/Capacitor plugin development (custom and maintenance).
- Strong understanding of hybrid-native communication patterns.
- Experience implementing native web bridge integrations for Android.
- Familiarity with Android OS constraints and optimization strategies for background tasks.
- Experience with debugging tools, profilers, and mobile testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in Agile environments.
