You will: - Contribute to content strategy and development for key product lines and solutions. - Help to define best practices for technical documentation, API documentation, UX content, and AI-driven systems. - Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering innovation and excellence. - Measure content impact using analytics, research, and customer feedback. Essential Requirements - 712 years of technical structured authoring (DITA, XML, Markdown) and modern information areas such as media, APIs, and UX writing. - Expertise in development methodologies such as Agile development workflows/Agile team experience - Strong knowledge of AI-assisted authoring, prompt engineering, accessibility, and/or UX practices. - Strategic thinker with leadership and stakeholder management skills. Desirable Plus - Experience designing AI-driven conversational content (chatbots, copilots) & use of predictive analytics to optimize content delivery. - Familiarity with immersive content (simulations, multimedia, interactive docs, and AR/VR).
