Job Description Job Title:Trainee Recruiter Location: Vizag Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0-3 Years (Freshers welcome) Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated MBA HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment and kickstart your career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). - Maintain employee records and HR databases. - Help onboard new hires and coordinate induction sessions. - Support HR projects such as employee engagement programs, surveys, and training. - Handle employee queries and provide necessary support. - Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures. - Help with documentation, compliance, and filing tasks. - Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related tasks. - Learn and work with HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.). Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws. - Good organizational and time-management abilities. - Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain. - Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Qualifications: - MBA in Human Resources or equivalent (2024/2025 pass out preferred). - Internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
