Site Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure that all construction activities are carried out efficiently safely and within the set timelines The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of site coordination labor management material handling and quality control Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site Coordinate with engineers contractors laborers and vendors to ensure smooth operations Ensure work is executed as per design drawings and quality standards Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with all safety protocols Track labor attendance material usage and daily progress reports Assist in material procurement and verify deliveries against orders Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays Report daily progress challenges and requirements to the Project Manager or higher management Required Qualifications and Skills Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor civil or construction field preferred Diploma or ITI in Civil Construction Related Discipline preferred Strong leadership and coordination skills Good understanding of construction drawings materials and on-site processes Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with reporting formats Ability to handle the workforce efficiently and maintain discipline at the site Preferred Attributes Prior experience in residential commercial or industrial construction projects Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach Flexibility to work extended hours when required How to Apply Interested candidates can share their updated resume with the subject line Application for Civil Engineer at Email career sunherajob com WhatsApp 9575550209 Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
