This is a full-time Strong FP A professional with Power BI skills at EXL in Noida The role involves analyzing financial data creating business plans and utilizing analytical skills to drive better decision-making Some remote work is acceptable for this position Perform financial reporting and financial month close activities Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support Analyze past results perform variance analysis identify trends and make recommendations for improvements Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and recommend actions for optimization Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures Identify and drive process improvements including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports tools and BI dashboards Increase productivity by developing automated reporting BI tools Competencies Required xc2 xb7 Working knowledge of Power BI and Data visualization tool xc2 xb7 Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance xc2 xb7 Expertise in interpreting Financial Statements xc2 xb7 Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools xc2 xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills xc2 xb7 Ability to work collaboratively and independently xc2 xb7 Knowledge of industry trends and best practices xc2 xb7 Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business or related field xc2 xb7 Ability to work in a continually changing environment xc2 xb7 Excellent Knowledge of MS Office package xc2 xb7 Self-initiated and zeal for continuous improvement xc2 xb7 Must possess prior experience in working for US HealthCare - Financial planning and analysis xc2 xb7 Can independently manage tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Project Manager xc2 xb7 Timely and accurate reporting to the stakeholders xc2 xb7 Should be flexible to work in US shift timing
