The ideal candidate should have knowledge of project estimation techniques (cost/hour estimation) and be capable of assisting the Senior Business Analyst during pre-sales discussions, requirement gathering, and proposal preparation. Hands-on experience in estimation is not mandatory but a solid conceptual understanding is required. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior BAs and sales teams during pre-sales discussions to understand client requirements. Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and estimation documents. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Translate client needs into user stories, workflows, and functional specifications. Support the cost and effort estimation process with research and initial calculations under the guidance of senior team members. Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, and SRS documentation. Coordinate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables. Conduct market and competitor research to support solution recommendations. Maintain consistent client communication and assist in project handovers to internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. 23 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services company (web, mobile, or game development domain preferred). Good understanding of pre-sales, requirement gathering, and SDLC. Knowledge of estimation techniques (effort/cost estimation) practical exposure preferred but not mandatory. Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Confluence.
