Location Job Type Full-Time Experience Required Minimum 2 years in the hand and power tools industry Company Eastman Cast Forge Ltd Salary 30k-60k About Us Eastman Cast Forge Ltd is a leading player in hand and power tool manufacturing We are looking for a talented Sales Executive ASM to join our sales team Role Overview The Assistant Sales Manager ASM will assist in driving the sales department s performance and achieving revenue targets This role involves managing customer relationships supporting the sales team and daily operations and helping implement sales strategies The ASM will collaborate closely with the sales manager and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales processes as well as work to increase product sales and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Sales Support and Execution Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set and achieve sales quotas and revenue goals Help to manage the sales pipeline including identifying new opportunities and nurturing leads Engage with key clients providing customer service and ensuring satisfaction Support the Sales Manager in the development of sales forecasts and reports Team Leadership Assist in training coaching and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team goals Act as a point of contact for team members providing guidance and support when needed Monitor daily team activities ensuring that sales processes are being followed effectively Sales Analysis and Reporting Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement Prepare regular sales reports for management highlighting achievements and challenges Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities customer information and performance metrics Market and Product Knowledge Stay up-to-date with industry trends competitor activity and product knowledge Provide feedback to the Sales Manager and marketing team regarding customer preferences and market conditions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and growth A collaborative and innovative work environment The chance to make a significant impact on our global presence Job Types Full-time Volunteer Pay 35 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
