We are hiring a full-time Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can create visually appealing designs and engaging video content to strengthen our brand and connect with our growing community.
Key Responsibilities:
Design creative assets for social media, ads, presentations, and promotional material.
Edit and produce course videos, ads, reels, and marketing campaigns.
Add animations, motion graphics, transitions, and subtitles to enhance video engagement.
Repurpose long-form educational videos into short-form content (reels, shorts, ads).
Work closely with the marketing team to deliver impactful visuals and video content aligned with brand identity.
Maintain consistency of branding across all creative assets.
Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Figma is a plus).
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing tools.
Strong creative thinking with attention to detail.
Experience in designing ad creatives, social media graphics, and brand collaterals.
Ability to create educational and marketing video content.
Portfolio/showreel of past design and video work (mandatory).
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Knowledge of basic animation/motion graphics.
Experience in designing for the education or finance industry.
Understanding of social media trends and formats.
