Systems Analyst 2-IT

Job Description Job Description - Deploy, configure, and manage VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter, clusters, HA/DRS, lifecycle management). - Administer Nutanix clusters including AOS, AHV/ESXi integration, Prism Central/Element management, and capacity planning. - Perform routine health checks, performance tuning, patching, and system upgrades across VMware and Nutanix platforms - Support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), provisioning, delivery groups, StoreFront, Director, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler). - Troubleshoot session issues, application delivery problems, and profile-related challenges. - Support image management (MCS/PVS), golden image optimization, and application lifecycle operations. - Provide L2/L3 support for infrastructure issues, outages, and performance degradation. - Perform root-cause analysis, document findings, and drive permanent corrective actions. - Collaborate with network, storage, and security teams for integrated solution support. - Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, PowerCLI, or Nutanix Calm (optional). - Assist in capacity planning, system monitoring, and performance optimization initiatives. - Maintain accurate documentation (SOPs, design diagrams, runbooks). - Ensure all systems adhere to organizational security, compliance, and backup policies. - Participate in audits, DR testing, and change management processes.
