Job Description Technical Skillset - C#, JavaScript, and potentially HTML, CSS. - Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities. - Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI is highly valuable. - Proficiency in SQL Server for data manipulation and management. Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., SSIS). - Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integration with other systems. - Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 SDK for developing custom solutions. - Expertise in developing and implementing custom plugins and workflows to automate business processes. - Ability to create and use JavaScript web resources to enhance the user interface. - Understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, teams, and business units. Functional Knowledge - Understanding of coreCRMconcepts and business processes related to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. - Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs. - Knowledge of implementing DynamicsCRMbest practices. Problem-Solving and Communication - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, understand requirements, and provide technical support. - Ability to create and maintain technical documentation. Experience and Education - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred. - Proven experience as a DynamicsCRMDeveloper (the level of experience will depend on whether you are hiring a junior, mid-level, or senior developer). - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus. Responsibilities of an MSDCRM - Leading thedesign, development, and implementationof custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. - Overseeing thecustomization of user interfaces, forms, views, and dashboards to meet business requirements. - Managing the development and maintenance ofplugins, workflows, and custom workflow activitiesto automate critical processes. - Driving theintegration of Dynamics 365with other enterprise systems and applications. - Supervising and coordinatingdata migration and data managementinitiatives. - Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related toDynamics 365 functionality, ensuring minimal business disruption. - Ensuring high-qualitytechnical documentationis created and maintained across allCRMdevelopment efforts. - Providingtechnicalleadership and supporttoCRMusers, including mentoring junior team members and coordinating user training. - Staying current with thelatest Dynamics 365 features and technologiesto drive continuous improvement and innovation inCRMsolutions
