Key Responsibilities - Work with stakeholders in budgeting and forecasting - Ensure alignment with organizational financial goals - Prepare financial forecasts and projections for ongoing and upcoming quarters and year - Conduct financial analysis, analyze variances between budgets and actual costs, provide insights and recommendations - Implement and maintain financial tracking process and system to monitor performance against financial objectives - Identify cost-saving opportunities and ability to think for areas to automate and suggest - Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for project stakeholders, senior management and executive leadership - Collaborate with stakeholders, leaders to provide financial insights and support - Ensure to adhere to financial policies, compliance and regulatory requirements - Ensure readiness for financial audits, conduct internal audit with a cadence related to financials. Education & Qualification - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, commerce - 3 years of experience in handling Portfolio Management Operations - Strong understanding of financial concepts, budgets, invoicing, SOWs and portfolio management processes - Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Good to have knowledge in project management technologies Additional Information Work Location - Hyderabad We are an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status.
