We are hiring for Quality Supervisor Role Overview The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of materials and processes in manufacturing This includes inspecting incoming materials conducting in-process inspections managing supplier quality and ensuring compliance with customer requirements Team Management Gents Ladies Key Responsibility Areas KRAs 1 Incoming Inspection Insert Inspection Verify critical parameters threading as per quality plan and drawing accept or reject the lot Assembly Material Check critical parameters threading scratch marks burr plating and shade variation segregate rejections Raw Material Verify quantity condition and color shade ensure material is not too wet or hard Process Material Check condition batch number test reports mould flow index izod impact tensile strength elongation 2 Sample for Colour Verification Take and compare two good samples of R m with master batch sample Perform insert assembly test and pack samples as per customer standards Send samples with test report to the designated contact at customer email 3 In-Process Inspection Moulding Conduct hourly inspections check product dimensions ensure defect-free components Insert Assembly Perform torque testing inspect for scratches and damages Pouch Packing Verify printing barcode price month pouch seal and packing orientation 4 Pre-Dispatch Inspection Inspect material as per quality plan drawing and customer requirements before dispatch Conduct 100 inspection of components segregate patti rework and analyze 5 Documentation Prepare various reports including Incoming Inspection Process Parameter Checklists Production First Piece Inspection PDI Housekeeping Training Records Calibration Plan etc Establish and documnet system like SMED Poke Yoke Kaizen IATF VDA 6 3 TPM EMS OHS AS 7QC Tools Process Audit Product Audit Layered Audit CAPA Conduct regular quality audits inspections and process validations to ensure adherence to quality standards 6 Supplier Management Evaluate and audit suppliers manage relationships and ensure quality and on-time delivery Job Type Full-time Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Ahmednagar Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
