Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
- Manage the CTO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring the CTO is well-prepared with necessary documents and information.
- Act as the main point of contact between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the CTO.
- Organize and prioritize incoming tasks and communications, managing the CTO's workload effectively.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Coordinate and assist with special projects related to the CTO's office.
- Maintain an organized filing system and document management for easy access and reference.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up for board meetings or other executive-level meetings.

Requirements:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Proactive in identifying issues and resolving them promptly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with technology industry trends or experience in a tech-driven company is a plus.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and other relevant office tools.
- Prior experience in an executive support role is highly desirable.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
