Primary Responsibilities:

- As a people leader expected to create an environment for team members to reach their full potential, be themselves and make a meaningful impact

Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and IT partners
- Continue to mature DevOps functional full stack ownership (Build/Test/Operate)

- Continuous improvement of global Employee Experience scores
- Continuously evolve employee FSE skills/mindset and agile maturity
Implement the AL/ML and good hands on on Python packages.

- Drive/own solution design for team deliverables and understanding of business problems
- Design and propose innovative solution options to solve business problems
- Continuously mentor and grow team members into solutioning capabilities

- Participate in code reviews and ensure team quality growth and best practices
- Foster and collaborate with EDM peers on knowledge gained and best practices
- Excellent object-oriented programming skills and accomplished performance with Java technologies

- Involve in critical and complex technical discussions

Required Qualifications:

- 15+ years of formal education
- 7+ years of hands on experience Java/J2EE, Spring, Web Services
- 7+ years of hands on experience on relational and non-relational database
- 6+ years on experience in Agile/Devops/AI implementation. 6+ years of hands on experience on Micro-Service, Spring-Boot, Kafka, Spring Batch, Rest API
- 6+ years of hands on experience of building robust infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, OSFI, Jenkins
- 3+ years of hands on experience on Azure COSMOS DB
- 3+ years of hands on experience on Azure cloud, Snowflake, React, Redis cache, Exposure to python packages and AI tools, ML models
- 4+ years In design and development
- 2+ years of experience in implementing the AI solution
- Proven solid ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of business and technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven detail-oriented and ability to document low to highly complex functional designs and data structures, to support business and operational requirement
- Proven ability to write the code and Review the code of the engineers
