About the Company Narasus Spinning Mills is a well-established family-managed enterprise with over 35 years of experience in the textile industry The company operates with a dedicated workforce of 300 employees and has installed 30 000 spindles under one roof equipped with the latest technology from LMW Rieter Trutzschler and 100 Suessen compacting systems Committed to sustainability Narasus Spinning Mills has also invested in wind energy projects at various locations to achieve carbon neutrality With a strong foundation in innovation quality and ethical business practices the company continues to uphold its legacy as a trusted name in the spinning industry Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee all accounting and financial operations of the organization The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Tally software income tax filing GST compliance and book preparation You will ensure accuracy transparency and compliance in all financial matters while supporting management with timely financial insights Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records in Tally Prepare and finalize books of accounts balance sheets profit loss statements and other financial reports Handle GST filings including GSTR-1 GSTR-3B GSTR-9 and related reconciliations Manage Income Taxcomputation TDS returns advance tax calculations and filing of tax returns Conduct monthly quarterly and annual closing of accounts Reconcile bank statements vendor accounts and customer accounts Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions and ensure timely settlements Support statutory audits and liaise with auditors and tax consultants Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and government regulations Maintain documentation and records in compliance with statutory requirements Provide financial analysis and support to management for decision-making Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Commerce or Finance CA Inter or equivalent preferred Minimum 10 years of experiencein accounting taxation and financial reporting Proficiency in Tally Prime Tally ERP 9is mandatory In-depth knowledge of GST laws Income Tax Act and TDSregulations Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience with audit preparation and coordination Exposure to ROC Registrar of Companies filings and compliance Experience in insert industry e g manufacturing trading or services Work Environment Location Omalur Type Full-time Schedule Monday to Saturday 9 30 AM - 6 30 PM Employee Facilities Canteen Facility providing free healthy meals and refreshments Uniforms supplied and maintained by the company Clean and Safe Work Environment with modern ventilation and lighting Free Medical Assistance and periodic health check-ups Free Training Skill Development Programs for continuous improvement Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 36 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
