Intern System Ops

Job Description

The System Ops intern performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of Vensures client benefits function.

Internship Duration

- 4 to 12 months (July 2024 to July 2025).

Working Hours

- Work Hours: Rotational shifts as per US Hours, i.e., Night shifts.
- Workdays: 5 days a week
- Location: Work from Office

Stipend

- Lucrative renumerations and benefits

Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduates/Graduates from any discipline.
- Freshers with a passion for growth and learning.
- Decent communication skills in the English language.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the benefit plans as per client requests.
- Accurately record completed tasks in the designated tracker.
- Provide support in executing tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
- Ensure consistent delivery timelines.
- Offer timely updates on the case statuses.
