Role Overview As aBDA Intern, you will play a key role in researching, planning, and implementing strategic business development plans to support the growth ofPirgalConsulting and its group entities. This role demands initiative, creativity, and a strong interest in business strategy and client engagement. Key Responsibilities - Business Development Planning:Assistin creating and executing business growth plans for multiple entities underPirgalGroup. - Market Research & Analysis:Conduct competitor, market, and industry research toidentifynew opportunities and trends. - Lead Generation & Outreach:Identifyand connect with potential clients, partners, and collaborators through online and offline channels. - Client Coordination:Support inmaintainingclient relationships, managing inquiries, and following up on leads. - Proposal & Presentation Preparation:Draft business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for internal and external use. - Performance Tracking:Maintainand update reports, dashboards, and trackers for business leads and outcomes. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align business strategies. - Brand Awareness & Representation:Promote and represent all entities under thePirgalGroupumbrella in a cohesive and professional manner. - Innovation & Initiative:Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute creative ideas to improve business outreach and conversion. Desired Skills & Attributes - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. - Proficiencyin MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Self-driven and proactive in taking initiative. - Interestin consulting, business strategy, and market expansion.
