Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate, based in Chandigarh, India. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing receptionist duties such as answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette, handling guest check-ins, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining effective communication with guests and staff. The role ensures a smooth and hospitable experience for all guests from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

- Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
- Strong Customer Service and Check-in experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
