Job Description Location: Ahmedabad | Experience: 24 years | Type: Full-time About the Role We're looking for a Growth Marketer who's analytical, organized, and deeply curious about how content and data drive B2B growth. You'll be responsible for conducting in-depth research, planning and supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for internal marketing as well as agency clients. This is a role for someone who enjoys digging into data, coordinating moving parts, and helping marketing teams execute smarter and faster. What You'll Do Research & Insights - Conduct secondary research on industries, audiences, and competitors. - Build insight decks and structured data sheets to support campaign planning. - Identify emerging trends and opportunities within target markets. Operations & Task Management - Manage daily, weekly, and monthly marketing workflows. - Coordinate internally across marketing, design and tech teams to ensure timely delivery. - Maintain project trackers and monitor progress across multiple clients. Marketing Support - Assist in content strategy, keyword research, and SEO-driven initiatives. - Support analytics and reporting to evaluate marketing effectiveness. - Contribute ideas to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation. - What You'll Need - 24 years of experience in B2B SaaS or agency environments. - Solid understanding of content marketing and SEO fundamentals. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and comfort working with data. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. Preferred Skills - Experience managing B2B social channels (LinkedIn, Slack communities, Reddit, StackExchange). - Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SimilarWeb). - Experience using reporting tools such as Looker Studio and Google Analytics. - Basic technical knowledge would be good to have (e.g., understanding how websites, analytics, and tags work together)
