We're looking for a Business Analyst with 5-8 years of experience to join our Integration & Shared Services team in Mangalore. Join EG IT Enterprise Solutions team and become the connective tissue between business, applications, and platforms. You'll analyze and simplify cross-functional processes, document integration flows, and help our teams land changes faster - across NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), ServiceNow (CSM), MuleSoft (ETL), and Profisee (MDM). If you love turning messy workflows into clean, scalable operating models (and enjoy a whiteboard session in Miro/draw.io as much as a well-written user story in Jira), this is your role. You will join the EG Enterprise Solutions team, a cross-functional group of 8 integration specialists located in Denmark and Poland. We manage integrations across key business platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, and ServiceNow, using MuleSoft iPaaS and Profisee MDM. Our mission is to deliver secure, scalable integrations that are vital to EG's Nordic business operations for Shared Services. You will work with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts and System/Application Architects Your workday , your tasks and mandatory skill set - Map, analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes across Shared Services (Finance, Sales, Support, ITSM), identifying simplification and automation opportunities. - Capture requirements and translate them into clear epics/user stories with acceptance criteria; maintain process and integration documentation (BPMN/UML diagrams, data flow maps, sequence diagrams, RACI, runbooks). - Partner with integration leads and architects to design and document mappings for MuleSoft-based integrations. - Help drive documentation and governance for MDM (Profisee): business rules, survivorship/merge logic, data quality checks, and stewardship workflows. - Support AI/automation use cases (e.g., classification, routing, assistants, and workflow suggestions) with business case framing, process fit and change management. - Coordinate cross-team delivery (with Product Owners/Scrum Masters): backlog readiness, dependency tracking, risks/mitigations, and stakeholder updates. - Orchestrate UAT and end-to-end verification for multi-system flows; ensure readiness for operational handover Must-have Skills - Solid business process analysis & mapping (BPMN 2.0 or equivalent), workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management. - Understanding of core concepts of CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), ServiceNow (ITSM), Master-Data (Profisee) and ETL tools (MuleSoft) - Comfortable documenting integrations (data dictionaries, mappings, payloads/JSON, error handling, SLAs) and writing user stories. - Agile delivery familiarity (Scrum/Kanban) and tooling: Jira/Confluence, Miro/draw.io. - Strong written/verbal communication and the ability to make complexity simple.
