The role demands a sales-driven professional with strong industry networks and a proven ability to meet targets. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Identify, pitch, and acquire new clients for digital ad solutions (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, Influencer Marketing). Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships. Develop tailored media plans and proposals to meet client objectives. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly & quarterly targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and ad innovations. Present regular sales reports, revenue forecasts, and growth plans. 🎯 Skills & Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Digital Marketing Sales. Strong network of contacts in brands, agencies, and advertisers. Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, Influencers, etc.). Self-motivated, target-driven, and client-focused.
