Job Title: Nutrition Head

Location: Wildfit Wellness Pvt. Ltd. (Multiple Locations)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Nutrition Lead to manage and mentor

our Nutrition team. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, team coordination,

and a deep understanding of client-centric approaches. You will serve as the bridge

between the team, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure transformation results and

business growth are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily meetings with the nutrition team to review updates, challenges,

and performance.

Ensure smooth coordination with clients, including feedback collection and

issue resolution.

Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team to monitor protocol

adherence and service quality.

Personally track and intervene in Red Zone clients (clients not progressing as

expected) analyze data, get updated process notes, and identify gaps.

Ensure all team members are consistently following Wildfit protocols and

SOPs.

Develop and manage a deep understanding of the Wecare by Wildfit

approach and ensure team alignment with it.

Drive performance evaluations, regular audits, and progress reviews for all

nutritionists.

Lead learning and development initiatives through upskilling, workshops, and

best-practice sharing.

Work in close coordination with Centre Heads and internal stakeholders to align

team performance with broader business goals.

Foster a high-performance, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in a team lead, senior nutritionist, or similar

leadership role with a Master&aposs in Nutrition and dietetics or equivalent degree.

Strong understanding of client-centric nutrition programming.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
