Teaching Responsibilities • Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions. • Prepare teaching plans and academic materials. • Evaluate student progress fairly and consistently. • Use ICT tools and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) methods in teaching. • Mentor students Research Responsibilities • Publish research in Reputed/Scopus-indexed journals. • Participate in conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs (FDPs). • Support departmental research activities and proposal writing. Administrative Responsibilities • Assist in department committees and academic meetings. •Support NAAC/NBA/IQAC documentation and related tasks. • Participate in exam duties and other academic processes. Industry & Community Engagement • Assist in organising workshops, seminars, and outreach activities. Qualification Requirements • Master’s degree with at least 55%. • NET/SET preferred. • A PhD is desirable.
