About Company Our client is a reputable edible oil manufacturing company known for its quality products and commitment to customer satisfaction The company specializes in the production of coconut oil palm oil sesame oil and groundnut oil and has a modern manufacturing facility equipped with advanced machinery and technology to ensure high-quality oil production An Ideal Candidate An Ideal candidate should have an LLB with 5-8 years in Legal and Regulatory Advice agreement drafting focus on bed debits notice legal communication etc Key Competencies Legal and Regulatory Advice for the sales and marketing team Drafting and vetting of the agreements saudas notices legal communication etc Tracking customers parties involved in ongoing legal cases and providing regular updates on the status to the reporting head and management Focus on Bad debts and follow up on maximum retrieval of the same Communicating and coordinating with these customers parties on behalf of the Company and sharing timely updates Maintaining records of correspondences approvals submissions and renewals for marketing customer elated audit and internal tracking purposes Appearing in departments court of law as and when needed on case to case basis Coordination with consultants and other lawyers for the latest developments advice suggestions
