Export Marketing Executive

Position Summary Shree Components is seeking a proactive and results-driven Export Marketing Executive Lead to develop and manage international business opportunities for precision-machined and engineered metal components The role focuses on global customer acquisition RFQ management and long-term account development across industrial automotive and OEM segments Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new export customers and markets Europe USA Middle East Asia etc Manage export RFQs coordinate with engineering and costing teams and prepare competitive quotations Communicate with international clients via email calls video meetings and trade platforms Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs Tier-1 suppliers and distributors Coordinate internally with production quality and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution Handle export documentation including commercial invoices packing lists HS codes Incoterms and compliance requirements Track inquiries follow-ups and orders using CRM ERP systems Participate in trade fairs virtual meetings and customer visits as required Monitor market trends competitor activity and pricing strategies Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering International Business Marketing or related field 3-7 years of experience in export marketing international sales manufacturing industry preferred Strong understanding of export procedures Incoterms and international trade practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to handle technical discussions and drawings machined components experience preferred Strong negotiation follow-up and relationship-building skills Preferred Experience Experience in precision machining fittings fasteners or automotive components Exposure to European US OEM customers Familiarity with ISO IATF-certified manufacturing environments What We Offer Opportunity to lead and grow export business for a globally oriented manufacturer Exposure to international clients and long-term accounts Performance-based growth and leadership opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Experience Export Marketing 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
