Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will oversee the customer service department, ensuring all customer inquiries and issues are resolved efficiently. Responsibilities include managing customer support teams, handling customer satisfaction metrics, and implementing strategies to improve customer service. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback and providing recommendations for service enhancements.

Qualifications
