  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet service standards.
  • Collaborate with retailers to capture opportunities for PO servicing and maximize fill rates.
  • Publish customer-wise fill rate reports, analyzing losses and deriving action plans.
  • Coordinate with customers on master updates, timely amendments, appointments, unloading issues, sales return issues, and new launch planning.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for customer complaints and resolve Depot/transport/Credit Note issues.

The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering exceptional results, driving business growth, and fostering a culture of excellence.
