Position Visa Counselor Location Ambala City Employment Type Full-Time Job Overview As a Visa Counselor you will provide expert guidance and support to individuals and organizations navigating the visa application process You will assess applicants eligibility prepare necessary documentation and offer tailored advice to ensure compliance with immigration laws and policies Key Responsibilities Client Consultation Conduct detailed assessments of client circumstances to determine visa eligibility guiding them through the application process Documentation Review Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate providing feedback for improvements where necessary Application Preparation Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications including compiling supporting documents and completing forms Regulatory Knowledge Stay up-to-date with current immigration laws policies and procedures to provide accurate and timely advice Case Management Maintain detailed records of client interactions application statuses and follow-up actions in the case management system Problem Resolution Address any issues or concerns that arise during the application process including responding to requests for additional information from immigration authorities Workshops and Seminars Conduct informational workshops and seminars for clients to educate them on visa processes requirements and best practices Collaboration Work closely with other immigration professionals legal advisors and government agencies to facilitate smooth application processing Customer Service Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive experience for all clients while managing expectations throughout the application process Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in International Relations Law or a related field advanced degree preferred Experience Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in visa counseling immigration services or a related field Knowledge Strong understanding of immigration laws and procedures as well as international travel regulations Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Certifications Relevant certifications in immigration or visa counseling preferred To Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and interest in the position to Email - hr splendidimmigration com Contact - 9138976909 Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Counselling 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
