Their focus on exceptional service quality has cemented their reputation as a trusted name in the industry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visa Counselor role located in Kurukshetra. The Visa Counselor will guide and assist clients with their study visa applications, provide accurate information related to country-specific visa requirements, evaluate eligibility, and ensure all documentation is complete. Additional tasks include coordinating with educational institutions, providing consultation on suitable study courses, resolving client queries, and maintaining detailed application records while supporting clients through visa formalities. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills to effectively guide clients and address their inquiries Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and experience in documentation review for accuracy Knowledge of visa processes, educational institutions, and study programs for various countries Proficiency in using computer systems and applications for maintaining documentation and managing client databases Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities to handle client concerns professionally Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage Past experience in study abroad consultancy or a related field is preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications in counseling or education guidance are a plus
