Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Trainee / Executive with a strong foundation in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and performance marketing to support our growing digital and PR campaigns. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving measurable ROI through smart campaign planning and optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns to meet client and internal brand objectives. - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve ad performance. - Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare weekly/monthly reports. - Coordinate with the PR and content teams to align paid campaigns with ongoing brand and media communication efforts. - Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies for better CTR and conversion rates. - Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. - Manage paid promotion budgets efficiently across multiple clients. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA Preferred). - 02 years of experience in PPC / Digital Marketing (agency experience preferred). - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics. - Google Ads certification will be an advantage. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data. - Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
