Job Summary:
We seek a Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all marketing activities for our brand. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract potential customers & retailers, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will also manage brand representation at exhibitions, schools, and other promotional events, ensuring our brand identity is consistently communicated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and reach target customers & retailers.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline platforms.
- Organize and represent the brand at exhibitions, schools, events, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to create retailer-focused campaigns and promotions.
- Build brand visibility through social media, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
- Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Oversee creation of marketing content, collaterals, and advertisements.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and event organisers.
- Track marketing performance and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand values and vision.
- Work in tandem with marketing agencies to strategise and execute marketing goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of marketing experience (FMCG/Food/Bakery industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and offline activations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and execute events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Strong time management and leadership skills.
