We are seeking an experienced Centre Head for our Study Abroad Consultancy in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education consultancy and a passion for helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the study abroad consultancy centre.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract students.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions abroad.
- Guide students in selecting appropriate study programs and universities.
- Provide counseling and support to students throughout the application process.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.
- Manage a team of consultants and support staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the consultancy services offered.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-15 years of experience in education consultancy or related fields.
- Strong understanding of international education systems and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
