Job Description Job Title: Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Manager Location: Noida Experience: 5+ Years Industry: BFSI / Enterprise Software About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst / Pre-Sales Manager who is a strong team player with a passion for understanding enterprise business needs and translating them into impactful solutions. The role involves working closely with the sales team to design, demonstrate, and deliver Proof-of-Concept (POC) solutions using our flagship platformsServoStreams BPM and ServoDocs EDMSacross multiple business verticals, primarily in the BFSI domain. Key Responsibilities Partner with the sales team during client meetings to understand business requirements and propose tailored solutions Design, develop, and deliver compelling POCs and product demonstrations for prospective customers Translate complex business processes into scalable BPM and EDMS solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales Conceptualize solutions aligned with regulatory and compliance guidelines of BFSI governing bodies Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer expectations Support pre-sales documentation, proposals, and solution presentations Required Qualifications B.E./B.Tech and/or MBA with 5+ years of experience in business applications or pre-sales roles Prior experience in the BFSI domain will be a strong advantage Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, BPM, and document management solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Why Join Us Opportunity to work with enterprise-grade BPM and EDMS platforms Exposure to leading BFSI clients and complex digital transformation projects Collaborative work culture with strong growth and learning opportunities
