IntroductionWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage day-to-day data entry, document preparation, and reporting tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and possess typing expertise in both Gujarati and English. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth office operations and effective documentation.Key Responsibilities1. Data Management & Documentation Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in MS Excel and other database systems. Prepare, format, and edit documents using MS Word for internal and external communication. Maintain organized electronic and physical records for easy retrieval and reporting. 2. Typing & Bilingual Communication Handle Gujarati and English typing with speed and accuracy for various reports, letters, and forms. Prepare bilingual documents and assist in translation where necessary. Ensure proper formatting and quality standards for all documents. 3. Reporting & Analysis Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel. Perform basic data analysis, summarization, and presentation for management. Share updated reports with relevant departments to support decision-making. 4. Coordination & Support Assist different teams in preparing documentation, reports, and spreadsheets. Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for data collection and verification. 5. System & File Management Ensure data security and confidentiality while handling company information. Manage proper backup and safe storage of digital and physical files. Troubleshoot basic computer-related issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook). Knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data handling techniques. Good typing speed and accuracy in both Gujarati and English. Familiarity with basic computer troubleshooting and file management. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
