We specialize in road, bridge, and water supply projects, with a strong reputation for quality and compliance.Current Structure: Partnership FirmAnnual Turnover: ₹50 CroresFuture Vision: Transition to Private Limited Company within 2 yearsGrowth Projection: ₹100 Crores + turnover by FY 2026–27We are seeking a full-time Chartered Accountant to join our Rajkot office and lead our financial operations with precision and integrity.Position DetailsRole: Chartered AccountantLocation: Rajkot, GujaratExperience Required: Minimum 4 years post-qualificationEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month (negotiable based on experience)Key Responsibilities✅ Statutory ComplianceManage all statutory obligations including Income Tax, Multi-State GST, PF, ESIC, and ROC filings✅ Banking OperationsHandle daily banking activities including BG issuance, OD facility management, renewals, and enhancementsCoordinate with banks for financial instruments and documentation✅ Accounting & ReportingMaintain Accounts in Tally, site-wise cash flow, P&L statements, and balance sheetsFinalize accounts and prepare MIS reports✅ Financial PlanningForecast financials, prepare CMA data, and support budgeting and cost controlAssist in financial modeling for future expansion and conversion to Pvt Ltd✅ Required Qualifications & SkillsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of experienceStrong command of GST, TDS, and Indian tax lawsProficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, etc.)Experience in banking coordination and infrastructure financeExcellent analytical, documentation, and communication skillsPreferred AttributesBilingual proficiency (English, Hindi and Gujarati)Detail-oriented and process-drivenFamiliarity with government contracts and compliance frameworks
