Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential buyers and leads Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closing the deal Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements to ensure win-win outcomes for both the buyer and the company Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues throughout the sales process Stay up-to-date on market trends property values and competitor activities to provide strategic insights Prepare and review sales contracts and related documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements Coordinate property viewings inspections and other sales-related activities Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network and generate leads Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or related field Minimum 16 years of experience in Real Estate sales Demonstrated success in closing high-value property deals Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
