Customer Experience: Enhancing the customer journey from Browse to checkout. They are responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience, managing customer feedback, and coordinating with customer service.

Inventory and Logistics: Working closely with the operations and logistics teams to manage inventory levels, process orders efficiently, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
