Reports to: E-commerce Manager or Director

Location: 70, Humayunpur, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, Delhi 110029

Job Summary:
As an E-commerce Retailer, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the online retail operations of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and positive online shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with various departments, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
**Product Management**:Maintain and update product listings on the e-commerce platform.
Ensure accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
Coordinate with suppliers and inventory teams to manage stock levels.

**Website Management**:Oversee the overall functionality and user experience of the e-commerce website.
Collaborate with web developers to implement site enhancements and resolve technical issues.
Optimize the website for search engines to drive organic traffic.

**Order Fulfillment**:Monitor and manage order processing, shipping, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize shipping costs and delivery times.

**Customer Experience**:Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, products, and services.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall online shopping experience and customer satisfaction.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to make data-driven improvements.

**Marketing Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute online promotional campaigns.
Implement strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

**Data Analysis**:Analyze e-commerce metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of initiatives.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and website analytics.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Compliance and Security**:Ensure compliance with relevant e-commerce regulations and standards.
Implement security measures to protect customer data and payment information.

**Stay Informed**:Stay up-to-date with industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and emerging technologies.
Provide recommendations for adopting new technologies or approaches to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website management, and online marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
