Job Description A fast-growing technology-driven customer experience and cloud contact-center SaaS company serving B2B clients across sectors. We design and deliver omnichannel digital support and engagement solutions, combining data-led content strategies with hands-on community management to drive brand affinity and lead generation. This is an on-site internship in India supporting the social media and content marketing function. Primary standardized title: Social Media Marketing Intern Role & Responsibilities - Support the creation and execution of an integrated social content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok. - Produce platform-appropriate assets: static graphics, carousel posts and short-form video (reels/stories/shorts) using Canva and basic editing tools. - Schedule and publish content using social scheduling tools and ensure on-time delivery for campaigns and launches. - Monitor channels daily; respond to comments and messages, escalate feedback, and nurture community engagement to improve sentiment and response time. - Track social performance metrics, prepare concise weekly reports, and recommend optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and follower growth. - Assist the marketing team with campaign ideation, asset sourcing, and light support for paid social setups when required. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have - Instagram - Facebook - LinkedIn - Twitter - TikTok - Canva - Content Calendar Management - Social Media Analytics Preferred - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Premiere Pro - Hootsuite Qualifications - Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). - Portfolio or links to sample social posts, reels or short videos preferred. - Available to work on-site in India and commit to the internship schedule during the engagement period.
