Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Discord Moderator. The Discord Moderator will be responsible for monitoring and moderating the Plus Markets community on Discord to ensure a safe and engaging environment for all members. Daily tasks include enforcing community guidelines, managing conversations, addressing member queries and concerns, and fostering a positive community atmosphere. The moderator will also work closely with the support team to escalate any issues and provide regular feedback on community trends. Qualifications - Experience in community management, moderation, and enforcing community guidelines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills - Understanding of Discord platform and its features - Ability to work independently and remotely - Prior experience in trading or financial markets is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
