About This Role

We're hiring a Social Media and Community Manager to grow our digital presence, build highly engaged communities, and turn Writesonic into a must-follow brand in the AI and SEO space.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes content, memes, threads, and Discord chats. You'll own our social strategy, shape our voice, drive engagement across platforms, and foster strong connections with creators, customers, and fans.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and execute Writesonic's multi-platform social media strategy (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, etc.)

  • Create original content (posts, threads, memes, videos) and repurpose user and product-generated content

  • Grow, manage, and engage active communities on Discord, Reddit, and other channels

  • Interact with users in real time—responding to comments, DMs, and discussions to deepen engagement

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment and amplify key launches

  • Spot trends, memes, and moments early—and turn them into viral opportunities

  • Host and organize community activations like AMAs, product drops, and collabs with creators

  • Track KPIs and social analytics to optimize content and report insights

  • Monitor and protect brand reputation across platforms, managing escalations when needed

You'd Be a Great Fit If You

  • Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media, community building, or digital marketing

  • Know your way around SEO Twitter, LinkedIn growth hacks, Discord moderation, and short-form video trends

  • Have a sharp, creative voice and can produce scroll-stopping content

  • Are naturally plugged into what's trending in tech, AI, and digital culture

  • Are highly organized, self-starting, and thrive in fast-paced startup environments

  • Love engaging with communities and are energized by conversations, not just content
