Your Role

1. Develop and maintain a strategic Knowledge Management (KM) system and content repository.
2. Support proposal creation by customizing RFP/RFI responses and integrating win themes.
3. Collaborate with sales, bid teams, and SMEs to gather and share relevant content.
4. Create high-impact proposals and presentations aligned with brand standards.
5. Continuously improve bid support processes and KM practices for efficiency.

Your Profile

1. Strong communication, copywriting, editing, and proofreading abilities.
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, Drupal, HTML, Flash.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
4. Deep understanding of sales processes and IT services market.
5. Strong collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
