This role is pivotal in overseeing the locally based service team within Professional Services, ensuring best practices are followed and high-quality service is consistently delivered to our clients. Your Key Responsibilities As a Team Lead Will Include - Lead daily operations and coordinate team workload. - Conduct performance reviews and support team development. - Monitor metrics and resolve team or client issues. - Collaborate on process improvements and documentation. - Handle client escalations and ensure service quality. - Align team efforts with strategic goals and cross-functional expectations. You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Team Lead: - 7+ years of experience in client-facing roles. - 3+ years in team management or mentorship. - Strong communication with data analysis experience and project management skills. - Confident in managing people and client relationships. - Extensive experience with +digi, publiFund, efile, +docs, and datafeeds.
