In this role, you'll lead strategic projects and product launches that form the backbone of our business integration capabilities. You'll have significant influence on our technical direction, driving system architecture decisions and establishing best practices that ensure product excellence. Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end ownership of shopping and ordering experiences for our integrated customers, requiring you to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience managing complex technical programs in high-scale environments. You should possess a strong technical background that enables you to drive architectural discussions confidently. Excellence in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management are essential skills for success in this position. Key job responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end project management functions of large programs including planning, risk and issue management, trade-offs and execution.
- Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
- Effectively cooperate with customers, technical staff and leaders, business leaders and executives in different geographical locations to define and deliver complex features.
- Ability to make sense of ambiguity, define and plan programs in a fast paced and highly-technical organization, and secure buy in from internal and external stakeholders- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
