Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Technical Recruiter located in Begumpet, Hyderabad. As a Technical Recruiter (US Staffing Industry), you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting. Your role will also involve communication and collaboration with various stakeholders to identify and attract top talent for our organization.

Qualifications

- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills - US Staffing Industry is a MUST HAVE SKILL
- Experience hiring Full-time / Lateral and W2 candidates is a MUST HAVE SKILL.
- Hiring candidates through portals is a MUST HAVE SKILL (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster etc..)
- Experience hiring Full-time / Lateral and W2 candidates for SI&aposs / Implementation Partners (Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Randstad, Genpact etc....) MUST HAVE SKILL
- Experience in hiring and recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the IT industry is preferred.
