Quntic is a UK-based 24/7 QA partner helping technology companies release with confidence. We provide end-to-end QA services — from business-critical testing sprints to continuous delivery support. For our clients, quality means revenue protection: every release safeguarded, every growth stage supported.
Role Description
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Partner to help us grow Quntic's client base. This role is fully remote, freelance, commission-only and offered on a 6-month contract.
You will focus on:
- Identifying decision-makers within software/tech companies
- Building relationships that lead to pre-onboarding calls with our founder
- Presenting Quntic's QA service packages with confidence and professionalism
- Managing outreach across LinkedIn, email and other channels
- Developing and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline
This is not a quick-win sales role. We are seeking serious professionals who understand client acquisition and value building long-term business relationships.
High performers will have long-term earning potential and the opportunity to grow with Quntic as the role scales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and build trusted client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, client-facing tone)
- Results-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with software/technology sectors (preferred, not essential)
Compensation
- Commission-only: starting at 10% of closed deals, with potential for higher tiers based on performance
- Payments released once Quntic receives client funds (clear, transparent process)
- 6 month freelance contract, with renewal opportunities for high performers
