Profile -Plumber

Experience Required: 4 - 5 Years

Location- Noida Sec 142

Job Responsibilities

* Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, pipelines, and fixtures in a commercial building environment.

* Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems to ensure smooth functioning.

* Conduct routine inspections to identify leaks, blockages, and other plumbing-related issues.

* Repair and replace defective parts such as valves, pipes, faucets, pumps, and filters.

* Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the Facility Manager.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, plumbing codes, and company policies during all work.

* Coordinate with other maintenance teams for smooth operation of building facilities.

* Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies to minimize downtime and damage.

* Perform preventive maintenance to extend the life of plumbing systems and WTP/RO equipment.

* Maintain inventory of plumbing tools, materials, and spare parts.

Key Skills Required:

* Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems.

* Hands-on experience with WTP and RO systems.

* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Understanding of safety protocols and plumbing regulations.
