Location: Kailash Colony, New Delhi (In-Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturdays off)
Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Type: Full-Time Internship (PPO potential)
Reporting To: Founder
About the Role
Were looking for someone sharp, dependable, and organized to join us full-time and work directly with the founder. The role will focus on system-building, streamlining backend processes, and managing consultant onboarding from start to finish.
If you&aposre the kind of person who enjoys research, has a knack for getting things done, and knows how to hold a conversation, you&aposll thrive here.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how a startup functions from the inside and isnt afraid to dive into the chaos and bring structure to it.
What You&aposll Be Doing
- Assist in setting up and documenting backend processes and workflows
- Manage the consultant onboarding pipeline - from outreach and documentation to listing
- Research and identify potential consultants, collaborators, and tools
- Communicate with consultants and ensure everything is in place for a smooth onboarding
- Track progress, manage internal checklists, and follow up to ensure timelines are met
- Build and update internal systems, forms, and records
What Were Looking For

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Comfortable reaching out and following up with consultants
- Active on LinkedIn and knows how to research people and companies online
- Organized you dont let things slip
- Accountable if somethings on your plate, we dont have to chase you for it
- Curious and self-initiated youll be given direction, not micro-management
- Bonus: Experience in sales, BD, client coordination, or hiring
